Epoxy Quartz System - DIY Friendly - Epoxy Quartz

This low-VOC, two-part, high-solids self-levelling epoxy provides a smooth, durable, and seamless finish. It offers excellent abrasion and impact resistance, making it ideal for industrial and commercial flooring applications. The system can be combined with an optional polyurethane topcoat for enhanced chemical resistance and easier cleaning in demanding environments.

Technical Data:

• Mix Ratio: 8 Part A : 1 Part B (by weight)

• Mix Time: 3 minutes

• Working Time: 30 minutes @ 25°C

• Initial Cure Time: 1–4 hours @ 25°C

• Full Cure Time: 12–18 hours @ 25°C

• Hardness: Shore D 85 (after 24 hours)

• Coverage: 1.6–2.0 kg/m²

Application:
Pour mixed material onto the prepared substrate and spread evenly using a notched trowel or squeegee. Allow the product to self-level for a smooth, seamless surface.
