However, the waterproof performance of a completed wall installation depends on more than the panel itself. Correct substrate preparation, adhesive selection, joint sealing, perimeter detailing and treatment around penetrations and fixtures are essential.

Waterproof panels alone do not constitute a complete waterproofed wet-area system.

The substrate and all junctions, penetrations, corners and perimeter details must be correctly prepared and sealed for the intended application.
